Established in 2010, DIOLUM LLC is a company specialized in energy efficiency, being today the leader in energy efficiency in the Republic of Moldova. 

Our first goal was to develop and invest in LED lighting sector. After conducting a research and development of LED technology, we have launched the very first production of indoor and outdoor luminaries in Moldova. We implemented streetlight and indoor light solutions for our clients from public and private sectors, covering over 300 km of streets and over 9000 luminaries.

In 2012 we delivered successfully the first photo voltaic LED streetlight project.

In 2013, DIOLUM LLC becomes the first company in Moldova to obtain the energy auditing license. Since then, we have completed more than 100 energy audits in public, private and industrial sectors.

Besides auditing services our certified team members deliver Energy Management System implementation services, based on to ISO 50001.

SMART Cities

In 2014 our company completed successfully the first energy performance project in Moldova – Municipal LED streetlight renovation and extension. So far, this is the largest project completed in the country with an installation of 7000 LED luminaries, accompanied by a SMART monitoring and control system.

As an extension on the SMART city solution, in 2015 we have implemented a   road traffic security and information system solution.

Being an innovative and dynamic company, we have initiated a challenging industrial project aimed at delivering a turn-key installation of biofuel wood pellet plant with development of scheme for biomass storage. In 2017 we managed to complete the testing and set up a fully functional the energy crop plantation.

Currently, we share our experience and knowhow offering consulting in energy efficiency, renewable energy solutions, energy audit and expertise, feasibility study, elaboration of SEAP and SECAP plans, we perform monitoring and assessment during projects implementation. Based on the efficiency level we offer our customers budget-neutral and Zero investments solutions.
